| Not much to say really....Still doin school....We have a violin/viola/cello recital coming up, so I've been practicing for that alot lately. I'm so happy, it's finally starting to feel like Fall!!! I think Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons. They are just so beautifull! I think I tend to appreciate the seasons God has sent us even more during the changing of seasons. I went and took some more pictures of Brandi the other day. She is getting so big - and beautifull! So here's another picture of her!
Well, that's about it for now...We're all going over to a friends house for supper tonight and we're going to grill hamburgers and hot-dogs and have a ton of fun! Side Note: It wouldn't let me put K-Love in the 'currently listening' section. So, Currently Listening To K-Love! Have a Blessed Week!!!
| I have recently gotten a dog! She is a 5month old Golden Retriever and absolutely beautiful. And I got her for free! I was at a friends house about a week and a half ago and she showed me an ad in the paper. It read...Golden Retriever, female, 5 months, shots, free to good home (phone number). So I showed my mom and she didn't really like the idea cause we would have to get her fixed and I would have to train her and all this other stuff, but finally she said 'call your dad.' So I called my dad at work and told him about it and everything, then he wanted to talk to my mom about it so they talked for about 5 or 10 min. and finaly mom got off the phone and said call and see if they still have her. So I called and no-one answered so my very dear friend left a message for me (I don't like leaving messages...). Well, that night they called back. They still had her and didn't even know it was in the paper, as it turned out a friend of theirs had put it in the paper for them. So 2 days later I went to see her and after about 5 min I knew I wanted her. She is so playful and fun. She didn't have a name when I got her so I named her Brandi. I have had her for about a week now and not regreting it one bit. Here are some pictures...
Isn't she adorable!!!
I also went camping this past weekend at Heber Springs and jumped off a 50-60ft cliff into the lake. But I don't have the pictures I want to put on here so I'll post about that when I get them... God Bless!!!
| I have lost my voice and don't know where to find it!!! Ya, I have Laryngitis. I lost it yesterday when the Kirks were here. So, I think I've decided to talk as little as possible until it returns. Yesterday the Kirks came over, we grilled out and did fireworks, the guys got out the shotguns and shot skeets. For once I didn't go down to shoot. I don't believe they would have been able to hear me say 'pull' anyways. So, K. and I decided to go inside and watch The Princess Bride. It was very good. James is a wonderful cook. He can make the best grilled chicken or what ever. So, he manned the grill for us. It was delicious! Well, I must go now. I have a very messy room to clean! Have a blessed day! | | |
| It's raining. Not much happening really. I got a head-ache doing math today, but I finally figured it out. Do you like the new background? | | |
| Okay, I really need to post again. Yesterday was our Violin recital and it went very well. Just a couple of the songs that we played were How Beautiful, Edelweiss(sp?), William Tell Overture, Fledermaus Waltzes and Roses From the South. Okay, maybe it was more than a couple. Afterwards, we had a reception with lots of good food. When we finished cleaning up, Allison and I went shopping. I had to find some birthday gifts, for I have three friends who all have birthdays this week. So, we went to LifeWay first and surprisingly found both gifts there and from there we went home. When we got home Allison and I went out back to enjoy the swing, which was quite fun. Not very long after that her sister called to let us know she was leaving their house so we could meet her in town. So, we took Allison to meet Amanda. And to make a long, 'wordy', story short, from there Mom took James and I went bowling. We went with the youth group at church. I'm not going to say what my score was, but I did pretty good considering I hardly ever bowl. When we finished our game Mom took me to Sonic to get some thing for supper while James stayed at the bowling alley to play pool. And I believe that is all we did yesterday. I'll try to post sooner next time! God Bless! | | |
